Steven Schmidt, President of Steven Schmidt Construction
“We chose Schmidt Homes to build our new home because they were highly reputable and respected. We couldn’t be more pleased with the choice we made. He took plans that we brought to him and built the house exactly as we wanted. Steve had very good, practical suggestions along the way but each little detail was our final decision to make. The project was completed on time and on the budget Steve laid out. The home turned out beautiful and we’d recommend Schmidt Homes to all of our friends and family.” -S.Fox
